依据某医院的医护基本情况,在深入分析了医护人员合理管理的需求上,设计并开发了一套科学有效的医护人员综合管理应用系统,构建了数字化管理平台,平台功能主要包括:基础业务信息管理、护理事务信息管理、电子病案信息管理等模块功能.采用B/S架构结合MVC的开发模式进行开发,系统经过长时间运行后,该系统可满足对医患信息的高效化、信息化管理,提供了对医护人员的一站式服务标准化和规范化管理,有效提升了医院护理人员信息管理的水平,具有典型的示范和推广价值.

According to the basic situation of medical care in a hospital,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the reasonable management needs of medical staff,a set of scientific and efective comprehensive management application system for medical staff is designed and developed,and a digital management platform is constructed.The platform functions mainly include:basic business information management,nursing affairs information management,electronic medical record information management and other module functions.B/S architecture and MVC development mode are used to develop the system.After a long time of operation,the system can meet the requirements of efficient and information-based management of medical and patient information,provide one-stop service standardization and standardized management of medical staff,effectively improve the level of information management of hospital nursing staff,with typical demonstration and promotion value.
