脑电生物反馈治疗仪在精神分裂症患者康复治疗中的应用效果 被引量:7

摘要 目的 探讨脑电生物反馈治疗仪在精神分裂症患者康复治疗中的应用效果.方法 选取201 7年6月-2020年2月我院1 04例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,根据患者受到治疗方案不同均分两组,对照组为患者选用奥氮平片进行治疗,观察组在为患者提供奥氮平片治疗.同时提供脑电生物反馈治疗仪,对比两组治疗效果情况.结果 治疗后,两组SANS、SAPS及NOR评分低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,有统计学比较意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组MCCB评分高于治疗前,观察组MCCB评分高于对照组,有统计学比较意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率(94.23%),对照组总有效率(78.85%),有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(32.69%),对照组不良反应发生率(30.77%),无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 脑电生物反馈治疗仪在精神分裂症患者康复治疗中的应用效果显著,值得应用. Objective To explore the effect of EEG biofeedback therapy in the rehabilitation of schizophrenia.Methods 104 schizophrenic patients in our hospital from June 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment plan,they were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with olanzapine tablets.The observation group was treated with olanzapine tablets and provided with EEG biofeedback therapy instrument to compare the treatment effect of the two groups.Results after the treatment,the scores of sans,SAPS and NORs in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of MCCB in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the total effective rate in the observation group was 94.23%,and that in the control group was 78.85%,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(32.69%)and the control group(30.77%)were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion EEG biofeedback therapy instrument has a significant effect in the rehabilitation treatment of schizophrenia,and it is worth applying.
