摘要
目的:探究硬核白内障给予辅助器保护下超声乳化治疗的应用效果.方法:选取201 9年2月至2020年2月我院收治的88例硬核白内障患者,按照数字随机法分为参照组44例,试验组44例,参照组给予传统超声乳化治疗术治疗,试验组患者在辅助器械保护下应用超声乳化治疗,对比两组患者术前术后角膜内皮细胞密度,角膜水肿发生率及术后1d、3d最佳矫正视力情况.结果:两组患者角膜内皮细胞密度在术前对比,无统计学差异,P>0.05;术后两组均有所降低,参照组降低更明显,有统计学差异,P<0.05;试验组角膜水肿发生率为4.88% (4/82),参照组为7.14%(6/84),无统计学差异,P>0.05;术后1d与术后3d,试验组最佳矫正视力情况显著高于参照组,有统计学差异,P<0.05.结论:在辅助器械保护下实施超声乳化治疗硬核白内障患者,治疗效果较好,减轻角膜内皮细胞损伤.
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of phacoemulsification for hard core cataract with auxiliary protection.Methods:selecting in February 2019 to February 2020,our hospital 88 cases of hard nuclear cataract patients,according to the digital random method is divided into a control group of 44 cases,examination in 44 cases,control group given conventional ultrasonic emulsification for the treatment of treatment,treatment group patients in the application of ultrasonic emulsification under auxiliary equipment protection treatment,compared two groups of patients with preoperative postoperative corneal endothelial cell density,the incidence of corneal edema and postoperative 1 d,3 d best corrected vision.Results:there was no statistically significant difference in corneal endothelial cell density between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05)and the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of corneal edema was 4.88%(4/82)in the experimental group and 7.14%(6/84)in the reference group,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).The best corrected visual acuity of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group on ld and 3D after surgery,with a statistical difference(P<0.05)..Conclusion:The effect of phacoemulsification is better and the damage of corneal endothelium can be reduced.
