为了研究基于Web的大学英语学习与评估管理系统,本文从系统建模的理论依据入手,首先对系统的设计原则进行了介绍;其次对系统实现的技术与开发语言进行了介绍,然后对该系统的实现技术及开发语言进行了分析,最后通过把系统分为教师用和学生用两个子系统,对啄统的实现和额模块的功能进行了分析.研究表明:这种线上的大学英语学习与评估管理系统,首先有助于将更好的师资力量跨区域地分享到全国各地.第二,能借助于互联网技术,让教师及时掌握学生学习的不足之处,为精准教学提供数据支持.第三,能让学生及时意识到自己对知识点掌握的不足之处,开发学生的主观能动性,摒弃灌输式的学习心理.

In order to study the Web-based College English learning and evaluation management system,Starting from the theoretical basis of system modeling,this paper first introduces the design principles of the system,then introduces the technology and development language of the system implementation.Then the implementation technology and development language of the system are analyzed.Finally,the system is divided into two sub-systems for teachers and students,and the realization of the system and the function of the amount module are analyzed.The research shows that this kind of online college English learning and evaluation management system,first of all,helps to share better teachers across the country.Second,with the help of Internet technology,teachers can grasp the shortcomings of students'learning in time and provide data support for accurate teaching.Third,it can make students realize the shortcomings of their knowledge points in time,develop their subjective initiative and abandon the indoctrination learning psychology.
