国产心脏起搏器植入患者心理安全感对起搏器生活质量的影响研究

Study on the effect of implantation of domestic pacemakers on the quality of life

目的 调查国产心脏起搏器植入患者起搏器生活质量现状,并分析患者心理安全感对起搏器生活质量的影响.方法 选取2014年1月~~2018年3月在秦皇岛市第一医院首次植入国产Qinming2 312M型心脏起搏器患者120例,使用起搏器生活质量评估量表以及心理安全感量表测评、分析国产心脏起搏器植入患者心理安全感与起搏器生活质量现状以及安全感对生活质量的影响.结果 不同年龄、职业状况、植入时间、术后心功能患者之间起搏器生活质量评分比较,均差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);经Pearson相关性分析,国产心脏起搏器植入患者确定控制感、人际安全感、总安全感与起搏器生活质量各维均呈正相关关系(r=0.221~~0.604,均P<0.05);通过分层回归分析,确定控制感、人际安全感是国产心脏起搏器植入患者起搏器生活质量的影响因素(β=0.612、0.558,P<0.01).结论 国产心脏起搏器植入患者起搏器生活质量不仅受到年龄、职业状态、植入时间、心功能分级等人口学因素的影响,而且与患者心理安全感存在密切的关系.

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological security on the quality of life of patients with domestic pacemaker implantation.Methods A total of 120 cases from January 2014 to March 2018 for the first time in the 1st Hospital of Qinhuangdao with domestic Qinming2312M pacemaker patients 120 cases,who were using a pacemaker life quality assessment scale and psychological security scale test,analysis of domestic cardiac pacemaker implantation crowd psychological security and pacemaker life quality status and security impact on the quality of life.Results There were saistically significant differences in quality of life scores of pacemakers between patients of diferent ages,occupational status,implantation time and postoperative cardiac function(all P<0.01).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the sense of control,interpersonal security,and total security were positively correlated with each dimension of pacemaker quality of life(r-0.221~0.604,all P<0.05).Through stratified regression analysis,it was determined that the sense of control and interpersonal security were the influencing factors for the quality of life of pacemakers implanted in the population with domestic pacemakers(β=0.612,0.558,P<0.01).Conclusion The quality of life of domestic pacemakers implanted in patients is not only afected by demographic factors such as age,occupational status,implantation time and cardiac function grading,but also closely related to patients'psychological security.
