The Development of Third-party Veterinary Laboratories in Heilongjiang Province

黑龙江省第三方兽医实验室的建设规模和标准基本符合生物安全二级要求,人员学历层次、专业相关度较高且呈现年轻化,主要仪器设备较齐全,检测范围覆盖学科较广。但也存在人员数量不稳定,检测仪器自动化程度低,检测项目和检测批次少,服务内容不丰富,业务分布地域不广泛,缺乏监管等问题。这提示应加强人才储备,增强检测能力,拓展服务领域,实施品牌策略,加强规范管理。本文为促进第三方实验室发展和健全动物疫情监测网络体系提供了参考。

The third-party veterinary laboratories in Heilongjiang Province were equipped with younger staff with higher educational level and professional relevance,complete instruments and wide detection coverage of disciplines,and their building size and standards applied generally conformed to the requirements of bio-safety level II.However,some problems had been encountered,including the variable amount of staff,low automation level of instruments,few testing projects and batches,poor service content,limited geographically distribution of business,lack of supervision,etc.In view of these problems,some suggestions were put forward,such as enriching talent bank,improving detection capability,expanding service range,implementing strategy of brand,standardizing management,etc.The article would provide some references for promoting the development of third-party laboratories and improving the network system of animal disease monitoring.
