2017—2019年江苏省兽医系统实验室检测能力比对

Comparative Analysis on Capability of Veterinary System Laboratories in Jiangsu Province during 2017 to 2019

为了解兽医系统实验室检测能力和动物疫情监测预警水平,推进各级兽医实验室重视实验室检测工作,2017—2019年江苏省动物疫病预防控制中心组织全省兽医系统实验室开展检测能力比对工作。11个项目均采用国家标准或国家参考实验室推荐的方法进行比对。结果显示,各年度实验室正确率分别为38.64%、58.33%和93.51%,各年度样品正确率分别为89.08%、93.86%和99.32%;3个年度比对结果均正确的实验室22个,占比28.57%。结果提示各级畜牧兽医主管部门应重视兽医系统检测能力比对工作,加强实验室管理体系建设,提高检测人员业务能力,保证检测结果的正确率,提高动物疫病检测预警水平,从而为提升江苏省兽医系统实验室检测能力奠定基础。

In order to fully make clear the detection capability of veterinary system laboratories and their level of early warning for animal diseases,and to facilitate them to pay more attention to laboratory detection,a comparison of capability of veterinary system laboratories was organized by Jiangsu Center for Animal Disease Prevention and Control from 2017 to 2019,including a total of 11 projects that were compared using national standards or other methods recommended by national reference laboratories. The results showed that the accuracy rates of laboratories were 38.64%,58.33% and 93.51% respectively in the three years,and the accuracy rates of samples were 89.08%,93.86% and 99.32% respectively,a total of 22 laboratories were with correct results in the three years,accounting for 28.57%. It was suggested that the comparison of capability of veterinary laboratories should be given high priority by veterinary authorities at all levels through strengthening the construction of laboratory management system,improving the professional ability of inspectors,ensuring the accuracy of detection results,and increasing the level of detection and early warning for animal diseases,so as to lay a foundation for improving the detection capability of veterinary system laboratories across the province.
