摘要
采用磷石膏、粉煤灰、腐殖土、黏土为原料制备磷石膏基(PGFH)植生材料,掺入水泥改性,通过测试PGFH植生材料的pH值、强度、收缩性、抗雨水冲刷性能,结合X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM),研究水泥对PGFH植生材料性能的影响。结果表明,随着水泥掺入量增加,PGFH植生材料pH值升高,收缩率降低,强度和抗雨水冲刷性能提高,硬化体中出现钙矾石,致密度增大。当水泥掺量为4%~6%时,PGFH植生材料能抵抗500 mm/h强度的降雨10 min冲刷。
Using phosphogypsum, fly ash, humus soil and clay as raw materials to prepare PGFH vegetation materials. After modification by cement, testing the pH value, strength, shrinkage and water resistance of PGFH vegetation material, combined with X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM), the effect of cement on PGFH vegetation material performances was studied. The result showed that the pH value increased, the shrinkage rate decreased, the strength and the anti-rain scour performance increased, ettringite appeared in the hardened body, and the density increased.When the cement content is 4%-6%, PGFH can resist 10 min rain scour with the intensity of 500 mm/h.
