湘西苗区三语教育现状调查研究

摘要 通过问卷调查和访谈等方式,对湘西苗区三语教育政策、教育模式、师资队伍和语言认同等进行调查。调查结果显示:该地区的三语教育政策落实不足;三语教育模式为减值模式;教师队伍趋向专业化和年轻化,但合格三语师资仍然不足;苗语在当地学校教育存在认同危机,苗族儿童的双语认知优势没有得到很好发挥。针对该现状,可以从优化苗族语言文化生态环境和建立长效的三语师资培养机制两方面来提升湘西苗区的三语教育。 This paper investigates the status quo of trilingual education in Miao ethnic region of Xiangxi via questionnaires and interviews,including education policies,teaching models,teaching staff,linguistic identity and cross-linguistic influences in third language teaching.It is found that:trilingual education polices have not been fully implemented;depreciative model is the only model adopted in the region;the teaching staff in the region is becoming more professionalized and younger,but qualified trilingual teachers are still inadequate;there is identity crisis of Miao language teaching in the region,and the cognitive advantage of bilingual Miao children has not been efficiently developed.From the status quo of trilingual education in the region,we propose that at least two measures should be adopted,that is,optimizing the ecological environment of Miao language and culture,and building a longterm mechanism for trilingual teacher training.
