皖南文化是安徽传统文化的重要组成部分,也是我国传统文化的重要组成部分。皖南作为中国三大地域文化发源地之一,由于其独特的地理条件和人文环境,形成了丰富且独具特色的非遗资源。规范皖南地方政府在非遗开发性保护中的行为,对于保护和传承皖南地区非遗,增进公共利益,具有重要意义。

Southern Anhui culture is an important part of Anhui traditional culture,and also an important part of Chinese traditional culture.As one of the birthplaces of China's three major regional cultures,southern Anhui has formed a rich and unique non-heritage resource because of its unique geographical conditions and humanistic environment.Standardizing the behavior of local government in southern Anhui in the protection of non-legacy development is of great significance for protecting and inheriting the non-legacy of the southern Anhui region and promoting the public interest.
