海上油气田硬地层可钻性级值的确定方法 被引量:5

摘要 海上油气钻探由浅层向深层发展,下部地层的岩石强度和硬度增加,可钻性变差。对可钻性级值的确定是决定钻头选型和提速措施的前提。在传统的可钻性级值计算方法的基础上,考虑井底围压产生的影响,结合室内实验数据,利用粒子群分析方法对岩石强度、硬度、弹性模量、内聚力等强度参数进行拟合,建立考虑井底压差条件的可钻性级值计算方法。基于Drillworks平台,通过自定义计算模块进行编程计算,得出海上某气田硬地层的可钻性级值,并对比了水力脉冲空化射流与扭力冲击钻具的提速效果,就该区块开发井的提速工具选择提出了建议。 With drilling deeper and deeper,the rock high strength and hardness causes bad drill ability.For hard formation in offshore oilfields,the drill ability analysis is the basis for the drill bit optimization and accelerator selection.This paper based on conventional calculate method,additionally,considering of peripheral pressure's effect,combined with experiment data,a calculation method of drillability grade value considering bottom hole pressure difference condition is established by applying ion group method to calculate the rock strength,hardness,Young's modulus,cohesion strength.Based on the drill-works software's platform,using the calculation method,this paper gain the drill ability grade value for an offshore oilfield.Meanwhile,the speed-up effect of hydraulic pulse cavitating jet and torsional impact drilling tool is compared,and suggestions on the selection of speed-up tools for development wells in this block are put forward.
