东胜气田对低压集输工艺的应用及优化 被引量:1

摘要 东胜气田属于致密低渗气田,单井产量低、压降速度快。在采用低压集输工艺的实践中,针对气田的地层非均质性强、单井产出差异大、液气比高、采用滚动开发模式等特点,对井场、管网、集气站等关键工艺单元进行优化设计,形成了混相计量、多站串接、差异化集输、撬装集成、循环调整等技术系列及特色做法,提高了低压集输工艺的适应性。 Dongsheng gas field is a tight and low permeability gas field with low production and fast pressure drop.In the practice of adopting low-pressure gathering and transportation technology,the key process units such as well pad,pipe network,gas gathering station are optimized according to the characteristics of the gas field,such as strong formation heterogeneity,large difference of single well output,high liquid gas ratio,and adopting rolling development mode.A series of technical series and special practices have been formed,such as mixed phase metering,multi station series connection,differential gathering and transportation,skid mounted integration,circulation adjustment,etc.,which improves the adaptability of low-pressure gathering and transportation technology.
