摘要
针对轮对轴承压装机的性能要求,根据液压传动原理,设计了一套电液控制系统。采用压力继电器对轴承压装的全过程实行自动控制,保证压装系统压力;采用液压锁紧装置保证在将轮对锁紧后再进行压装;采用卸荷回路减少高压时的换向冲击,保护压力继电器。此控制系统能够保证轴承夹紧和压装所要求达到的压力,有利于保证压装质量,增强压装稳定性,延长压装机的使用寿命。
A set of electro-hydraulic control system is designed,according to the principle of hydraulic transmission and the performance requirements of the wheel set bearing press.The pressure relay is used to automatically control the whole process of bearing press mounting to ensure the pressure of press mounting system;the hydraulic locking device is used to ensure that the wheel set is locked before press mounting;the unloading circuit is used to reduce the reversing impact in high pressure and protect the pressure relay.This control system can ensure the pressure required by the bearing clamping and press mounting,which is conducive to ensuring the quality of press mounting,enhancing the stability of press mounting and prolonging the service life of press mounting machine.
