摘要
通过分析污水半浸环境下涂敷有机硅和未涂敷有机硅的砂浆质量、抗压强度、矿物组成、微观结构变化,研究了涂敷渗透型有机硅对砂浆耐生物腐蚀效果的影响。研究结果表明,涂敷渗透型有机硅能显著改善污水半浸环境下砂浆的耐生物腐蚀性。当腐蚀龄期为240 d时,未涂敷有机硅试样腐蚀前后质量的变化率为0.51%,抗压强度为30.8 MPa。涂敷有机硅试样腐蚀前后质量的变化率为0.31%,抗压强度为39.5 MPa。
By analyzing the quality,compressive strength,mineral composition,and microstructure changes of uncoated silicone and coated silicone mortar in a semi-immersed sewage environment,the effect of coated infiltration silicone on the bio-corrosion resistance of the mortar was studied.The results show that the application of permeable silicone can significantly improve the bio-corrosion resistance of the mortar in the semi-immersion environment of sewage.When the corrosion age is 240 d,the mass change rate of the uncoated silicone sample before and after corrosion is 0.51%,and the compressive strength is 30.8 MPa.The mass change rate of the coated silicone sample before and after corrosion is 0.31%,and the compressive strength is 39.5 MPa.
