基于微博平台的大学生健康信息获取行为影响因素模型构建

The Construction of the Model of Influencing Factors upon University Students’Health Information Acquisition Behaviors Based on the Platform of Weibo

[目的/意义]探索新媒体环境下大学生健康信息获取行为的影响因素,为提升大学生的健康信息素养提供合理的理论支撑。[方法/过程]以文献中的社会认知理论和综合信息搜寻模型为理论基础,利用半结构化访谈法收集了25位大学生在新媒体环境下健康信息获取行为的文本访谈数据,通过主题分析法依次提炼出53个次级主题和12个主题,最终总结出了影响大学生健康信息获取行为3个层面(个人层面、环境层面和信息层面)的因素。[结果/结论]依据影响大学生健康信息获取行为3个层面的因素构建影响因素模型。该模型中个人层面包含的主题分别是健康素养、健康状况、认知、性格特征和人口统计学特征。环境层面的主题涵盖要素是社会风气、社会支持、医疗环境和微博媒介环境。信息层面的主题是信息来源可靠性、获取成本和获取收益。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to explore the influencing factors of university students’health information acquisition behavior in the new media environment so as to provide reasonable theoretical support for improving university students’health information literacy.[Method/process]Based on social cognitive theory and comprehensive information search model from the existing literature the paper conducts the semi-structured interview of 25 university students to collect the interview textual data about their health information acquisition behaviors in the new media environment extracts 53 subthemes and 12 themes in turn with the thematic analysis method and finally concludes influencing factors upon university students’health information acquisition behaviors at three levels including personal level environmental level and information level.[Result/conclusion]It constructs the new model based on the above levels.In the model themes in the personal level are health literacy health status cognition personality characteristics and demographic characteristics;themes in the environmental level includes social atmosphere social support medical environment and media environment of weibo;themes in the information level consists of information source reliability acquisition cost and benefits.
