摘要
[目的/意义]旨在为长三角城市群内工科背景高校协同创新发展提出建议和策略。[方法/过程]利用社会网络分析法,从合作专利的视角,对南京地区4所工科背景学校的专利数据进行深度挖掘和分析,揭示了合作专利的趋势特征、学科特征和网络特征。[结果/结论]提出提升协同创新的建议。从宏观管理的视角,构建信息共享平台,提升科研成果转化效率,制定合理的利益分配机制;从高校建设的视角,建立多元化的人才培养体系,培养综合性研究团队,完善科研评价和人才激励机制;从企业发展的视角,提升企业在创新中的主体地位,发挥企业需求引领作用,探索企业资金资助机制。
[Purpose/significance]The paper aims to put forward suggestions and strategies for collaborative innovation development of engineering universities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration.[Method/process]The paper utilizes social network analysis to deeply mine and analyze the patent data of four engineering universities in Nanjing and reveals the trend characteristics discipline characteristics and network characteristics of cooperative patent.[Result/conclusion]Finally some suggestions are put forward to promote collaborative innovation.From the perspective of macro management the paper suggests to build an information sharing platform improve the efficiency of scientific research achievements transformation and formulate a reasonable benefit distribution mechanism.From the perspective of university construction it suggests to establish a diversified talent training system cultivate a comprehensive research team and improve the scientific research evaluation and talent incentive mechanism.From the perspective of enterprise development it suggests to enhance the main position of enterprise innovation give play to the leading role of enterprise demand and explore the mechanism of enterprise funding.
