摘要
三维设计技术因其优越的多专业协同能力和空间可视性,已经在变电工程设计中广泛应用。结合三维设计技术特点提出一套户外配电装置三维设计优化流程,详细阐述户外配电装置优化过程中关键控制点和三维校验半径的选取原则。以某沿海地区500 kV变电站工程为应用案例,介绍利用三维设计进行500 kV户外复合式组合开关设备(hybrid gas insulated switchgear,HGIS)配电装置设备布置、间隔宽度、纵向尺寸和吊装模拟校验的优化过程,优化方案较原有方案节约占地近30%,充分体现三维设计在变电工程中良好的应用前景。
3D design technology has been widely used in substation engineering because of its superior multiprofessional synergy and spatial visibility. In this paper, a set of 3D design optimization flow of outdoor power distribution unit is proposed according to the technical characteristics of 3D design. The principle of selecting key control points and three-dimensional calibration radius during outdoor power distribution unit optimization is described in detail. Taking a 500 kV substation project in a coastal area as an application case, the optimization process of equipment arrangement, interval width, vertical dimension and lifting simulation verification of 500 kV outdoor HGIS power distribution unit using 3D design is introduced. The optimized scheme saves nearly 30%, fully embodies the 3D design in the substation project a good application prospects.
