金融集聚、空间外部性与文化产业发展——基于中国省际空间面板模型

Financial Agglomeration, Spatial Externality and Cultural Industry Development:Evidence from China’s Provincial Spatial Panel Model

利用我国31个省际面板数据,构建空间滞后、空间误差及空间杜宾模型实证来检验金融集聚对文化产业发展影响。研究发现:我国文化产业发展在空间分布上具有较强空间依赖性与集聚效应,区域之间相互影响较为明显。金融集聚不利于本地区文化产业发展,地理距离权重为空间矩阵的条件下,邻域省份金融集聚同样不利于本省域文化产业发展,金融集聚、城镇化和教育水平对文化产业呈现负向空间溢出效应,而公共支出和居民消费对文化产业产生正向空间溢出效应。由此,从缩小区域产业差距、调整金融资源配置、提升企业生产力等方面提出了政策建议。

Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China during 2000-2017,the paper constructs spatial lag,spatial error and spatial Dubin models to test the impact of financial agglomeration on cultural industry.It is found that the development of cultural industry has a strong spatial dependence and agglomeration effect,and the regional interaction is obvious.Financial agglomeration is not conductive to the development of cultural industry in the local area.When the geographical distance weight is spatial matrix,financial agglomeration in neighboring provinces is adverse to the development of cultural industry in the region.Financial agglomeration,urbanization and education level have negative spatial spillover effect on cultural industry,while public expenditure and residents’consumption have positive spatial spillover effect on cultural industry.Therefore,policy suggestions are put forward from the aspects of narrowing the regional industrial gap,adjusting the allocation of financial resources and improving the productivity of enterprises.
