人力资本、产业结构与经济增长——基于中国省级面板数据的实证

Human Capital,Industrial Structure and Economic Growth:An Empirical Study Based on the Data of 31 Provinces in China

基于中国省级的面板数据对人力资本、产业结构与经济增长之间的相互作用及影响进行了实证检验。结果表明,人力资本水平和产业优化程度对该区域GDP增长率存在正向影响。在实证模型中引入了交互项影响系数,认为人力资本与产业结构共同推动了GDP的增长。同时,技术创新、外商直接投资、对外开放度和人口增长等是促进经济增长的积极因素。分地区实证检验结果表明,人力资本、产业结构均能起到促进各区域经济增长的作用。由此,从增加教育投入、加快产业升级、鼓励自主创新和提高开放水平等方面提出对策建议。

This paper is based on panel data of 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)in China,we examines the relation of labor resource,industrial structure and economic growth empirically.The result of study shows that there is the positive relation between human capital and economic growth.Higher industrial structure is conducive to economic growth.The interaction of human capital and industrial structure is added to empirical model in this paper.The influence coefficient of interaction is positive.The coefficient shows that human capital and industrial structure promote economic growth jointly.Meanwhile,technology innovation,foreign direct investment,outward openness,population growth are all positive factors which promotes economic growth.The region empirically results show that the human capital and industrial structure are the significant positive factors which promote economic growth in the eastern,central and western regions.Therefore,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of increasing investment in education,accelerating industrial upgrading,encouraging independent innovation and providing open level.
