Research on the Optimization of Cigarette Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Management System

为进一步优化云南中烟卷烟产品质量监督检验管理体系,针对云南中烟、两红集团及省内各卷烟厂等不同层级产品质量检验管理现状,分析了云南中烟在质量检验管理工作中存在的问题,提出建立一体化卷烟产品质量检验管理体系的构思,即整合云南中烟各层级质量检验管理资源,形成云南中烟、两红集团及卷烟厂三级联动的一体化产品质量检验业务管理体系,从而提升云南中烟产品质量管控效能.

In order to further optimize the quality supervision and inspection management of cigarette products in Yunnan,in view of the current situation of product quality inspection and management at different levels of Yunnan Zhongyan,two red group and cigarette factories in Yunnan,we analyze the problems in the quality inspection and management of Yunnan Zhongyan,and put forward the idea of establishing an integrated cigarette product quality inspection and management system,integrating the quality inspection and management resources at all levels of Yunnan Zhongyan to form an integrated product quality inspection business management system with three-level linkage among Yunnan Zhongyan,Lianghong group and cigarette factory,so as to strengthen the quality control efficiency of Yunnan Zhongyan products.
