腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术对卵巢功能和创伤指标的影响

Effects of Laparoscopic Myomectomy on Ovarian Function and Trauma Indicators

目的:探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术对卵巢功能和创伤指标的影响。方法:对某院80例子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的临床资料进行统计分析,依据治疗方法将这些患者分为腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术组(腹腔镜组n=40)和开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术组(开腹组n=40)两组,对两组患者的手术相关指标、卵巢功能和创伤指标、术后并发症发生情况、复发情况进行统计分析。结果:腹腔镜组患者的术中出血量显著少于开腹组(P<0.05),术后肛门排气时间、住院时间显著短于开腹组(P<0.05);腹腔镜组患者的血清E2水平显著高于开腹组(P<0.05),LH、FSH、IL-6、SP、IMA水平均显著低于开腹组(P<0.05),TAC水平显著高于开腹组(P<0.05);术后并发症发生率腹腔镜组显著低于开腹组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术较开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术对患者的卵巢功能和创伤指标的影响小。

Objective:To investigate the effects of laparoscopic myomectomy on ovarian function and trauma indicators.Methods:The clinical data of 80 cases of uterine fibroids patients with uterine myomectomy in a hospital were analyzed.According to the treatment method,the patients were divided into laparoscopic myomectomy group(laparoscopy group,n=40)and open hysteromyomectomy(open group,n=40).The related indexes of surgery,ovarian function and trauma,postoperative complications and recurrence in the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:The amount of intraoperative blood loss in the laparoscopic group was significantly less than that in the open group(P<0.05),and the postoperative anal exhaust time,and the length of hospitalization was significantly shorter than those in the open group(P<0.05);The serum E2 level of patients in the laparoscopy group was significantly higher than that in the open group(P<0.05),the levels of LH,FSH,IL-6,SP and IMA were significantly lower than those in the open group(P<0.05),and the level of TAC was significantly higher than that in the open group(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the laparoscopy group was significantly lower than that in the open group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic myomectomy has less effect on ovarian function and trauma index than open hysteromyomectomy.
