临床路径优化在异位妊娠腹腔镜手术治疗中的应用观察

Observation of Clinical Path Optimization in Laparoscopic Surgery for Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:探究临床路径优化在异位妊娠腹腔镜手术治疗中的应用效果。方法:选择2018年12月~2019年12月在某院进行异位妊娠腹腔镜手术治疗的86例患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组给予常规医护干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予临床路径优化医护干预,比较两组临床相关指标和护理满意度情况。结果:观察组术中平均住院时间、住院费用低于对照组,对医疗工作的积极性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医护医疗工作效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床路径优化干预能降低异位妊娠腹腔镜手术治疗患者住院费用、住院天数,提高了医患合作关系及患者主动性、满意度,可提高医院经济效益。

Objective:To explore the effect of clinical path optimization in laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy.Methods:86 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy in a hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine medical and nursing intervention,and the observation group was given a clinical path to optimize medical and nursing intervention on the basis of the control group,then the clinically relevant indicators and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The average hospitalization time and hospitalization cost of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the enthusiasm for medical work was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The medical care efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The optimization of clinical path intervention can reduce the hospitalization cost and hospitalization days of patients with ectopic pregnancy laparoscopic surgery,improve the doctor-patient cooperation relationship,patient initiative and satisfaction,and increase hospital benefits.
