阑尾系膜双极电凝在急性阑尾炎患者腹腔镜阑尾切除术中的应用及安全性分析

Application and Safety Analysis of Appendic Mesangial Bipolar Electrocoagulation in Laparoscopic Appendectomy in Patients with Acute Appendicitis

目的:探讨阑尾系膜双极电凝在急性阑尾炎(AP)患者腹腔镜阑尾切除术(LA)中的应用及安全性。方法:选取某院AP患者112例(2018年5月~2019年12月),均行LA术,将采用阑尾系膜单极电凝的55例作为对照组,采用阑尾系膜双极电凝的57例作为观察组,比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院费用、肠蠕动恢复时间、术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组手术时间、肠蠕动恢复时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,住院费用多于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后并发症发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:阑尾系膜双极电凝应用于AP患者LA术,可减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间,促进康复,且安全性高。

Objective:To investigate the application and safety of appendic mesangial bipolar electrocoagulation in laparoscopic appendectomy(LA)in patients with acute appendicitis(AP).Methods:A total of 112 patients with AP in a hospital(May 2018 to December 2019)were selected and all underwent LA surgery.55 patients with appendic mesangial unipolar electrocoagulation were divided into control group,and 57 patients with appendic mesangial bipolar electrocoagulation were divided into observation group.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization cost,intestinal motility recovery time,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time and intestinal motility recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the hospitalization cost was more than that of the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Appendic mesangial bipolar electrocoagulation applied to LA surgery in patients with AP can reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten the operation time,promote rehabilitation,and has high safety.
