鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻炎鼻窦炎临床疗效评价

Clinical Evaluation of Nasal Endoscopic Surgery on Chronic Rhinitis and Sinusitis

目的:探析鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻炎鼻窦炎临床疗效。方法:选取某院于2011年1月~2019年7月收治的120例慢性鼻炎鼻窦炎患者,用数字随机表法分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组和观察组分别采用传统手术、鼻内窥镜手术治疗,比较治疗效果。结果:观察组的治疗有效率更高,并发症发生率更低。结论:采用鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻炎鼻窦炎兼具有效性和安全性,值得推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic surgery on chronic rhinitis and sinusitis.Methods:120 patients with chronic rhinitis and sinusitis admitted to a hospital from January 2011 to July 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by randomized digital method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group were treated with conventional surgery and nasal endoscopic surgery respectively,then the therapeutic effects were compared.Results:The treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher and the incidence of complications was lower.Conclusion:Nasal endoscopic surgery is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic rhinitis and sinusitis,which is worthy of popularization and application.
