动态改变胃管位置对洗胃效率影响的对比分析

Comparative Analysis of the Effect of Dynamic Change of Gastric Tube Position on Gastric Lavage Efficiency

目的:分析讨论在误服药物患者洗胃中应用动态改变胃管位置具体价值和实际影响。方法:选取某院2015年1月~2017年12月误服药物患者56例,根据入院先后将其均分为对照组和观察组各28例,对照组使用常规洗胃法进行洗胃操作,观察组在上述常规操作下动态改变胃管位置,比较两组患者洗胃时间、洗出血性胃内容物发生率和清洁程度。结果:观察组洗胃时间和洗出血性胃内容物发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组清洁程度为96.43%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。结论:通过动态改变胃管位置,可以加快洗胃进度,增加清洁程度,减少并发症发生率,有助于患者恢复健康。

Objective:To analyze and discuss the specific value and effect of dynamic change of gastric tube position in gastric lavage.Methods:56 accidental ingestion patients(2015.1~2017.12)were assigned to control group(n=28)and observation group(n=28)according to registration number.The conventional gastric lavage was performed in the control group;on the basis of the former,the stomach tube position was dynamically changed in the observation group.The gastric lavage time,incidence rate of hemorrhagic gastric contents and cleanliness degree were compared between the two groups.Results:The gastric lavage time and incidence rate of hemorrhagic gastric contents in the observation group were lower than those in the conrtol group(P<0.05);The cleanliness degree in the observation group(96.43%)was higher than that of control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The dynamic stomach tube position changes can shorten the gastric lavage time,increase the cleanliness degree,reduce the incidence of complications,and help patients to recover health.
