去势抵抗性前列腺癌患者的认知功能情况及影响因素分析

Cognitive Function and Influencing Factors of Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer Patients

目的:探讨去势抵抗性前列腺癌患者的认知功能情况,并研究其影响因素。方法:采用便利抽样法选取某三甲医院去势抵抗性前列腺癌患者,调查其一般情况,使用简明疲劳量表测量其疲劳情况,使用癌症治疗功能评估-认知功能量表测量其认知功能情况。结果:共106例患者纳入研究,患者的疲劳评分为(2.26±0.23),认知评分为(97.46±1.15),采用多重线性回归确定患者年龄和疲劳评分与认知功能相关。结论:年龄增大和疲劳程度增加,会导致认知功能的下降。

Objective:To investigate the cognitive function of castrated resistant prostate cancer patients and its influencing factors.Methods:The convenience sampling method was used to investigate the general condition of castrated-resistant prostate cancer patients in a third-class hospital,their fatigue was measured by concise fatigue scale,and their cognitive function was measured by cancer treatment function assessment-cognitive function scale.Results:A total of 106 patients were enrolled in the study.The fatigue score was(2.26±0.23)and the cognitive score was(97.46±1.15).Multiple linear regression was used to determine that the age and fatigue score were related to cognitive function.Conclusion:The increase of age and fatigue will lead to the decrease of cognitive function.
