阿德福韦酯与恩替卡韦治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Adefovir Dipivoxil and Entecavir in Patients with HBeAg Positive Chronic Hepatitis B

目的:观察HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者采取阿德福韦酯与恩替卡韦治疗的效果。方法:选择75例HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者展开为期一年半(2018年6月~2019年12月)的研究,根据治疗方式的不同将其分为两组,其中对照组采取阿德福韦酯治疗,观察组展开恩替卡韦治疗,对比两组患者肝功能恢复情况[ALT(丙氨酸氨基转移酶)、AST(天冬氨酸氨基转移酶)、TBIL(总胆红素)、GGT(谷氨酰转肽酶)]。结果:治疗前两组数据对比无差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组ALT(31.52±8.67)、AST(30.24±6.51)、TBIL(13.56±3.74)、GGT(35.62±10.38)与对照组比较,t值分别为:3.9276、5.2671、6.0775、8.8259(P<0.05)。结论:将恩替卡韦运用于HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者具有显著的临床治疗效果,值得在临床一线治疗中普遍推广。

Objective:To observe the effect of adefovir dipivoxil and entecavir in the treatment of patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B.Methods:A total of 75 patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B were selected for a one-and-a-half year(June 2018-December 2019)study.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with adefovir dipivoxil and the observation group was treated with entecavir.Then the liver function recovery[ALT(alanine aminotransferase),AST(aspartate aminotransferase),TBIL(total bilirubin),GGT(glutamyl transpeptidase)]in the two groups was compared.Results:There was no difference in data between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the ALT(31.52±8.67),AST(30.24±6.51),TBIL(13.56±3.74),and GGT(35.62±10.38)in the observation were compared with those in the control group,and the T values was 3.9276,5.2671,6.0775,8.8259,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:Entecavir has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B,and it is worthy of universal implementation in the first-line clinical treatment.
