中药洗剂治疗阴道炎的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Lotion on Vaginitis

目的:分析自制中药洗剂治疗阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:将74例阴道炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各37例,对照组给予常规抗生素治疗,治疗组给予自制中药洗剂治疗,观察两组疗效及不良反应情况。结果:对照组中,无效8例,有效13例,治愈16例,总有效率78.4%;治疗组中,无效2例,有效15例,治愈20例,总有效率94.6%。两组差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.63,P<0.05)。对照组中,呕吐3例,头晕1例,发热1例,皮肤过敏1例,不良反应率16.2%;治疗组中白带异常2例,头晕2例,发热1例,不良反应率13.5%。两者差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.06,P>0.05)。结论:自制中药洗剂治疗阴道炎疗效显著且安全性较好。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of self-made Chinese Herbal lotion in the treatment of vaginitis.Methods:74 patients with vaginitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional antibiotics,while the treatment group was treated with self-made Chinese herbal lotion.The efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results:In the control group,8 cases were ineffective,13 cases were effective,16 cases were cured,and the total effective rate was 78.4%.In the treatment group,2 cases were ineffective,15 cases were effective,20 cases were cured,the total effective rate was 94.6%.The difference was statistically significant(χ2=15.63,P<0.05).In the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was 16.2%(including 3 cases of vomiting,1 case of dizziness,1 case of fever,1 case of skin allergy).In the treatment group,the incidence of adverse reactions was 13.5%(including of 2 cases of abnormal leucorrhea,2 cases of dizziness,1 case of fever).There was no significant difference between the two groups(χ2=1.06,P>0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Chinese herbal lotion is effective and safe in the treatment of vaginitis.
