瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀治疗老年冠心病的临床对照研究

A Comparative Study of Rosuvastatin and Atorvastatin in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探究老年冠心病患者行瑞舒伐他汀和阿托伐他汀治疗的临床效果差异。方法:择取2018年12月~2019年12月期间某院心内科收治的老年冠心病患者共56例参与研究,根据动态随机法将其分为对照组和观察组各28例,对照组患者采用阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组患者采用瑞舒伐他汀治疗,比较两组患者治疗后血脂水平、组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制物(PAI-1)及外周血中趋化因子(CX3CL1)水平。结果:治疗后观察组患者总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、t-PA、PAI-1和CX3CL1水平低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)高于对照组,统计学显示组间差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀对老年冠心病的疗效优于阿托伐他汀,能够有效改善患者病情,因此可在临床中进行大力推广。

Objective:To study the difference between the treatment of rosuvastatin and atorvastatin in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:56 elderly patients with coronary heart disease treated in a hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by rynamic random method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin,and the observation group was treated with rosuvastatin,then the blood lipid levels,tissue-type plasminogen activator(t-PA),plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI-1)and chemokine in peripheral blood(CX3CL1)levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of TC,TG,IDL-C,t-PA,PAI-1 and CX3CL1 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of HDL-C was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rosuvastatin is more effective than atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease in the elderly,which can effectively improve the patient's condition,so it can be popularized in clinical practice.
