综合护理在预防剖宫产术后肠胀气的应用研究

Application of Comprehensive Nursing in Preventing Flatulence after Cesarean Section

目的:对综合护理在预防剖宫产术后肠胀气中的应用效果进行分析。方法:将2017年10月~2018年10月在某院实施剖宫产的56例产妇作为此次研究对象,根据随机分组的形式将其分为对照组和研究组,对照组采取常规护理,研究组采取综合护理,对比两组产妇护理效果。结果:研究组产妇排气时间比对照组产妇低,研究组产妇肠胀气发生率比对照组产妇少,研究组产妇护理总满意度比对照组产妇高,数据差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:剖宫产术后采取综合护理后不仅缩短了排气时间,并降低了肠胀气的发生,加速了术后恢复,值得在临床中广泛推广与应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in preventing flatulence after cesarean section.Methods:56 parturients who had undergone cesarean section in a hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were divided into control group and study group according to the form of random grouping.The control group was given routine care,and the study group received comprehensive care,then the effect of maternal care was compared between the two groups.Results:The exhaust time of the study group was lower than that of the control group,The incidence of intestinal flatulence of the study group was less than that of the control group,The total satisfaction degree of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing after cesarean section can not only shorten the exhaust time,but also reduce the occurrence of intestinal flatulence and speed up the recovery after operation,which is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
