细节管理对手术室器械消毒合格率及完好率的应用分析

Application Analysis of Detail Management to Disinfection Qualified Rate and Perfect Rate of Operating Room Equipment

目的:分析细节管理对手术室器械消毒合格率及完好率的应用效果。方法:选取2018年2月~2019年2月期间腹腔镜手术中所使用的手术器械310件,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和常规组各155件,常规组实施常规管理,研究组实施细节管理,对比分析不同组别下无菌评分、准备时间、清理时间、消毒合格率及完好率。结果:研究组无菌评分明显高于常规组,且准备时间、清理时间均低于常规组,组间对比差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组手术器械消毒合格率和完好率均高于常规组,经统计学对比分析有意义(P<0.05)。结论:细节管理下手术室器械消毒合格率和完好率均较高,可在实践中予以广泛推广并应用。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of detail management on the qualified rate and perfect rate of operating room equipment disinfection.Methods:The 310 surgical instruments used in laparoscopic surgery from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected and divided into study group(n=155)and routine group(n=155)according to the random number table method.Routine management was carried out in the routine group,and detail management was carried out in the study group.The aseptic score,preparation time,cleaning time,qualified rate and perfect rate in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The asepsis score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the routine group,and the preparation time and cleaning time were lower than those of the routine group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disinfection qualified rate and perfect rate of equipment instruments in the study group were higher than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The qualified rate and perfect rate of operating room equipment disinfection are higher under the detail management,which can be widely promoted and applied in practice.
