特殊护理路径在子宫肌瘤手术患者护理中的应用

Application of Special Care Pathway in Nursing Care of Patients with Uterine Leiomyoma Surgery

目的:探析特殊护理路径在子宫肌瘤手术患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取某院于2018年1月~2018年12月收治的60例子宫肌瘤手术患者作为主要研究对象,采用数字随机表达法分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施特殊护理路径,比较两组的并发症发生率、患者满意度和住院时间。结果:观察组患者的术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较存在显著差异(P<0.05);观察组的患者护理满意度明显高于对照组,且患者的住院时间相对较短,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对子宫肌瘤手术患者实施特殊护理路径可减少术后并发症的发生,缩短患者术后的住院时间,同时可提高患者对护理工作的满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of special nursing pathway in the nursing care of patients undergoing uterine leiomyoma surgery.Methods:60 patients with uterine leiomyoma treated in a hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the main research objects and divided into two groups by random digital expression method.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given special nursing path.The incidence of complications,patients satisfaction and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the hospitalization time of the patients was relatively short,with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Special nursing pathway for patients undergoing uterine leiomyoma surgery can reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,shorten the length of hospital stay,and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing work,which is worthy of promotion and application.
