探讨中医综合护理治疗颈性眩晕疗效

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Cervical Vertigo

目的:分析中医综合护理在颈性眩晕临床治疗中的应用效果。方法:选择某院于2017年1月~2018年8月期间收治的颈性眩晕患者58例,随机分为对照组与观察组各29例。对照组行中医护理,观察组行中医护理联合颈眩汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者临床疗效93.10%,对照组患者临床疗效68.96%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在颈性眩晕患者临床治疗期间,对患者行中医护理,并辅以颈眩汤治疗,可以有效帮助患者缓解临床症状,治疗效果十分确切,同时还能减少患者出现不良反应的风险,安全性较好,具有推广使用价值。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical treatment of cervical vertigo.Methods:A total of 58 patients with cervical vertigo who were admitted to a hospital from January to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with TCM,and the observation group was treated with TCM nursing combined with Jingxuan decoction.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was 93.10%,and the clinical efficacy of the control group was 68.96%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the clinical treatment of patients with cervical vertigo,the treatment of patients with traditional Chinese medicine and supplemented with Jingxuan decoction can effectively help patients to relieve clinical symptoms,with accurate effect,and at the same time reduce the risk of adverse reactions in patients with high safety,which has the value of promotion and application.
