儿科教学应用以问题为引导教学法的价值分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究儿科教学应用以问题为引导教学法的价值。方法:将2016级医学专业两个班级分别采用传统教学法、以问题为引导教学法进行教学,纳入对照组和观察组各45名,将两组学生的考核成绩、问卷调查评价结果进行比对。结果:观察组学生的理论知识得分、技能操作得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生认为以问题为引导的教学法能够提高学习自主、查阅资料和获取信息能力、解决问题能力、儿科常见疾病诊治能力、理解和应用能力、有效沟通能力的比例比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以问题为引导的教学法应用在儿科教学中具有较高的应用价值。 Objective:To study the value of problem-based teaching method in pediatric teaching.Methods:Two classes of 2016 medical specialty were taught by traditional teaching method and problem-based teaching method respectively.They were included in the control group and observation group.Each class had 45 students.The two groups of students'assessment results,questionnaire survey and evaluation results were compared.Results:The scores of theoretical knowledge and skill operation of the students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The students in the observation group thought that problem-based teaching method could improve the learning autonomy,the ability to consult and obtain information,the ability to solve problems,the ability to diagnose and treat common diseases in pediatrics,the ability to understand and apply,and the ability to communicate effectively,and the proportion of improvement in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Problem-based teaching method has high application value in pediatric teaching.
