高血压合并心脑血管危险因素患者中采用分层次护理管理的应用价值探讨

Application Value of Hierarchical Nursing Management in Patients with Hypertension Complicated with Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Risk Factors

目的探究分层次护理管理应用于高血压合并心脑血管危险因素患者中的护理效果。方法该文将2018年7月-2019年7月期间在该院就职的20名护理人员作为分析对象,以随机数字表法的形式进行分组,每组10名,实验组实施分层次护理管理,参照组实施常规护理管理,对比两组护理人员的临床护理情况。结果实验组护理人员操作与理论知识评分、工作效率评分及其工作积极性对比参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高血压合并心脑血管危险因素患者中使用分层次护理管理具有显著作用。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of hierarchical nursing management applied to patients with hypertension and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular risk factors. Methods In this article, 20 nursing staff who worked in the hospital during July 2018 and July 2019 were used as the analysis object, and they were grouped in the form of random number table. Each group was 10. The experimental group implemented hierarchical nursing management. The control group implemented routine nursing management and compared the clinical nursing situation of the two groups of nursing staff. Results The experimental group of nursing staff’s operation and theoretical knowledge scores, work efficiency scores and their work enthusiasm were compared with the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of hierarchical nursing management in patients with hypertension complicated with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular risk factors has a significant effect.
