摘要
医院耗材的有效管理对医院发展起至关重要的作用,为进行精细化的管理,需杜绝临床医用耗材乱收费的现象,并防止医院耗材的浪费,包括普通耗材的浪费管理。通过定性、定量分析,并制定精细化的医用耗材考核指标管理体系起着极其重要的作用。该文定性考核、定量考核角度给出了相关评价指标,并阐述了现行精细化考核的优势及弊端,为更好开展医用耗材精细化管理提供参考。
Effective management of hospital consumables plays a vital role in the development of hospitals. In order to carry out sophisticated management, it is necessary to eliminate the phenomenon of clinical medical consumables and random charges, and to prevent waste of hospital consumables, including waste management of ordinary consumables.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis, and formulating a refined management system for the evaluation of medical consumables plays an extremely important role. The qualitative assessment and quantitative assessment of the article gives the relevant evaluation indicators, and describes the advantages and disadvantages of the current refined assessment, to provide a reference for better management of medical consumables.
