Research on the Effect of Interactive Management Mode in Orthopedic Nursing Management Center

目的骨科护理管理中心应用互动管理模式的效果研究。方法选择在该科室进行工作的14名护理工作人员进行调查与分析,此次调查选取时间为2016年5月-2017年5月。对工作人员实施护理互动管理模式,分析互动管理模式实施前与实施后工作满意度。同时选取66例患者进行调查,并把患者分为两组,每组33例,对比组在实施互动管理模式前进行分析,而实验组在实施互动管理模式后进行分析,对比两组患者护理满意度。结果护理前工作满意得分结果与管理相比较低,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论在骨科护理管理中心管理中,可以应用互动管理模式,此模式可以提升护理人员护理技巧,还可以提升患者护理满意度,效果优异。

Objective To study the effect of interactive management mode in orthopedic nursing management center. Methods Fourteen nursing staff members who worked in the department were selected for investigation and analysis. The survey selection time was from May 2016 to May 2017. Implement nursing interactive management mode for staff and analyze job satisfaction before and after implementation of interactive management mode. At the same time, 66 patients were selected for investigation, and the patients were divided into 2 groups, each with 33 cases. The comparison group was analyzed before implementing the interactive management mode, and the experimental group was analyzed after implementing the interactive management mode. Results The score of job satisfaction before nursing was lower than that of management, and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000). Conclusion In the management of the orthopedic nursing management center, an interactive management mode can be applied. This mode can improve the nursing skills of nursing staff and improve the satisfaction of patient care with excellent results.
