质量控制小组管理模式在手术室护理管理中的应用探讨

目的分析质量控制小组管理模式在手术室护理管理中的应用。方法该次研究的对象为该院手术治疗患者,共抽选80例,参与研究的患者均为2017年1月-2019年1月期间入院,将80例患者按随机对照方式分成对照组40例、实验组40例。对照组患者接受常规管理模式,实验组40例患者实施质量控制小组管理模式,对两组患者取得的应用效果进行对比分析。结果实验组的护理质量评分明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的并发症发生率(2.50%)明显低于对照组(22.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论质量控制小组管理模式在手术室护理管理中具有良好的效果,能够明显提高护理质量评分。

Objective To analyze the application of quality control team management mode in nursing management of operating room. Methods The subjects of this study were surgical patients in the hospital. A total of 80 patients were selected.The patients who participated in the study were admitted between January 2017 and January 2019. 80 patients were randomly divided into control groups of 40 cases, 40 cases in the experimental group. Patients in the control group received the conventional management mode, and 40 patients in the experimental group implemented the management mode of the quality control group to compare and analyze the application effects obtained by the two groups of patients. Results The quality of care score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group(2.50%) was significantly lower than the control group(22.50%). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The quality control team management mode has a good effect in the nursing management of the operating room and can significantly improve the quality of nursing score.
