加强院前急救护理管理对提高院前救护效果的影响

Impact of Strengthening Pre-hospital Nursing Management to Improve Prehospital Ambulance

目的分析做好院前急救护理管理工作对院前救护效果提高的作用。方法该院从2018年开始加强院前急救护理管理,在加强管理前的半年时间内(2017年7-12月)抽取50例患者为对照组,在加强管理后的半年时间内(2018年1-6月)抽取50例患者为观察组,比较加强管理前后院前救护质量。结果观察组出车反应时间、达到患者处时间、转移回院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组院前急救成功率为96.00%,患者对急救护理管理的满意度为94.00%,均高于对照组急救成功率84.00%、患者满意度80.00%(P<0.05)。结论加强院前急救护理管理能够明显提升院前救护质量,获得患者对护理管理更高的满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of improving the effect of pre-hospital emergency nursing management.Methods The hospital has strengthened the management of pre-hospital emergency care from 2018. During the half-year period from July to December 2017, 50 patients were selected as the control group.(January to June 2018) 50 patients were selected as the observation group to compare the quality of pre-hospital care before and after strengthening management.Results The response time, the time to reach the patient, and the time to transfer to the hospital in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The pre-hospital success rate in the observation group was 96.00%. 94.00%, which was higher than the control group’s emergency success rate of 84.00% and patient satisfaction rate of 80.00%(P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening the management of pre-hospital emergency care can significantly improve the quality of pre-hospital care and obtain patients with higher satisfaction with nursing management.
