深圳市L区社区卫生服务机构绩效管理实践

摘要 深圳市自1996年成立第一家社区卫生服务中心以来,社区卫生服务发展已有23年,社区卫生服务中心的数量大幅增加,其管理体制不断优化和完善,但社区卫生服务中心的绩效分配仍然各有利弊,没有形成一套指导性强且高效的绩效分配体系。深圳市L区通过探索社区健康服务绩效管理体系,提高医护人员的积极性,促进社区健康服务中心基本医疗和基本公共卫生服务协同发展。该文系统描述了L区的社区绩效管理体系,为绩效分配的研究提供参考。 Since the establishment of the first community health service center in Shenzhen in 1996, the development of community health services has been 23 years. The number of community health service centers has increased significantly,and its management system has been continuously optimized and improved. There are still pros and cons to performance allocation, and a highly instructive and efficient performance allocation system has not been formed. District L of Shenzhen has explored the performance management system of community health services to improve the enthusiasm of medical staff and promote the coordinated development of basic medical and basic public health services in community health service centers. The research provides reference.
