护士工作压力管理在临床护理管理中的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of Nurses’ Work Pressure Management in Clinical Nursing Management

目的探讨护士工作压力管理在临床护理管理中的应用效果。方法选择该院2018年6月-2019年6月各科室护士100名作为该次研究入组对象,随机分为研究组和对照组两组,每组50名。对照组护士由护士自行管理工作压力,研究组护士实行护士工作压力管理,对比两组护士流失情况及心理变化情况。结果对比两组护士流失情况显示,观察期间研究组中护士流失2名,总流失率为4.00%,对照组中护士流失9名,流失率为18.00%,研究组护士流失率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。对比两组护士心理变化情况显示,研究组护士工作效率、工作内容、工作体会、工作环境、工作管理的满意程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士工作压力管理在临床护理管理中的应用效果好,可以减少护理人员流失,提高护理人员工作满意度,优化护理人员压力体验,降低压力相关的职业风险。

Objective To explore the effect of the application of nurses’ work stress management in clinical nursing management. Methods Randomly selected 100 nurses from each department of the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 as the subjects of this study. They were randomly divided into two groups, the study group and the control group, with 50 in each group. The nurses in the control group managed the work pressure by the nurses themselves, and the nurses’ work stress management of the nurses in the study group compared the nurses’ loss and psychological changes in the two groups.Results The comparison of nurse turnover in the two groups showed that during the observation period, 2 nurses were lost in the study group, with a total turnover rate of 4.00%, and 9 nurses were lost in the control group, with a turnover rate of18.00%.The loss rate in group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The comparison of the psychological changes of the two groups of nurses showed that the satisfaction degree of the nurses in the study group on work efficiency, work content, work experience, work environment, and work management was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of nurse work stress management in clinical nursing management has a good effect, which can reduce the turnover of nursing staff, improve the job satisfaction of nursing staff, optimize the stress experience of nursing staff, and reduce occupational risks related to stress.
