Occupational Hazard Risk Diagnostic Training for Employers in Pingdi Street

目的探讨职业病危害风险诊断式培训对劳动者职业病防护相关行为的影响。方法培训前先对所抽取的417名劳动者、职业卫生管理人员进行一次问卷调查,培训后用同一份问卷进行第2次调查,将培训前后的2次调查结果知-信-行得分进行对比,比较培训前后的差异。结果通过对比培训前后知识、信念、行为及总得分,可以认为培训前后劳动者、职业卫生管理人员的知信行得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论职业病危害风险诊断式培训可以有效提高劳动者的职业病防护意识,保障劳动者健康。

Objective To explore the impact of diagnostic training on occupational hazard risk on workers’ behaviors related to occupational disease protection. Methods Before the training, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 417 workers and occupational health managers. After the training, the same questionnaire was used to conduct a second survey. The results of the two surveys before and after the training were determined by the letter-letter-line score, and compare the differences before and after training. Results By comparing the knowledge, beliefs, behaviors, and total scores before and after training,we can conclude that there was a statistically significant difference in the score of knowledge, beliefs, and actions of workers and occupational health managers before and after training(P<0.05). Conclusion Diagnostic training on occupational hazard risk can effectively improve workers’ awareness of occupational disease protection and protect workers’ health.
