基于案例与问题的护理带教模式提高眼科护生批判性思维能力的作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究眼科护生在实习过程中应用基于案例与问题的护理带教模式对批判性思维能力的影响。方法在2017年5月-2019年12月期间,选取91名于该院实习的护士进行研究,随机分为研究组和参照组,研究组采取基于案例与问题的护理带教模式,参照组采取常规带教模式,对比两组实习护士学习前后的理论知识、实操能力掌握程度以及批判性思维能力。结果在带教开始前,研究组的理论知识、实操能力掌握程度与参照组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学结束后再次进行对比,研究组的得分明显高于参照组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外对两组实习生批判性思维能力进行对比,研究组优于参照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用基于案例与问题的护理带教模式在眼科护生中可显著提高理论知识、实操能力,另外对实习生的批判性思维能力有较大的帮助,有应用价值。 Objective To study the impact of case-based and problem-based nursing teaching model on critical thinking ability of ophthalmological nursing students during the internship. Methods From May 2017 to December 2019, 91 nurses who were interned in the hospital were selected for research and randomly divided into a research group and a reference group. The research group adopted a case-based and problem-based nursing teaching model and the reference group with conventional teaching mode was adopted to compare the theoretical knowledge, practical ability mastery, and critical thinking ability of the two groups of trainee nurses before and after learning. Results Before the start of teaching, the study group had no difference in theoretical knowledge and practical ability with the reference group, and there was no statistically signifant difference(P>0.05). After the comparison, the study group score was significantly higher than the reference group,the data comparison was statistically signifant different(P<0.05). In addition, the two groups of internships were compared for critical thinking ability. The research group was better than the reference group. The data were statistically signifant different(P <0.05). Conclusion The application of case-and-question-based nursing teaching model can significantly improve theoretical knowledge and practical ability in ophthalmic nursing students. In addition, it can greatly help the interns’ critical thinking ability and has application value.
