摘要
目的该文旨在了解标准化患者运用于消化内科临床教学工作之中所具有的价值与作用。方法该次研究选择2018年5月-2019年5月前来该院消化内科实习的180名学员作为研究对象,按照随机分配的方式将学员分为对照组与实验组,每组90名。两组学员采用不同的治疗方式,对照组采用常规带教方式,而实验组则基于对照组采用标准化患者干预教学。对比两组学员出科考核成绩,包括理论成绩与实践操作能力,同时对比两组学员对教学的评价结果。结果出科考核成绩方面,实验组理论成绩与实践成绩分别为(81.23±10.54)分与(82.65±6.44)分,较对照组的(68.65±12.44)分以及(70.64±5.66)分更高,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。学员对带教方法满意度方面,实验组满意度为88.89%,较对照组(71.11%)更高,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论带教教师采用标准化患者教学模式可以显著提高消化内科临床教学质量,巩固学员理论知识并提高其操作熟练程度,同时提高学员对带教工作的满意度。
Objective This article aims to understand the value and role of standardized patients in clinical teaching of digestive medicine. Methods This study selected 180 students who came to the hospital for digestive medicine internship from May 2018 to May 2019 as the research object. The students were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to random allocation, with 90 in each group. The two groups of students used different treatment methods,the control group used conventional teaching methods, and the experimental group used standardized patient intervention teaching based on the control group. Compare the two groups of students’ assessment results, including theoretical results and practical skills, and compare the evaluation results of the two groups of students. Results The academic and experimental scores of the experimental group were(81.23 ±10.54)points and(82.65±6.44)points, which were higher than the(68.65 ±12.44)points and(70.64 ±5.66)points of the control group. There was a statistically significant difference in data between groups(P<0.05). In terms of trainee satisfaction with the teaching method, the satisfaction of the experimental group was 88.89%, which was higher than that of the control group(71.11%), and the data between the groups was statistically significantly different(P<0.05). Conclusion Adopting standardized patient teaching model for teaching teachers can significantly improve the clinical teaching quality of Gastroenterology, consolidate the students’ theoretical knowledge and improve their operation proficiency, and at the same time increase the students’ satisfaction with teaching work.
