摘要
目的观察人性化带教在针灸科安全管理中的应用效果。方法从2017年10月-2018年10月该院针灸科接收的实习生中抽取110名作为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为参照组和人性化带教组两组。参照组(55名)采用传统带教模式进行带教,人性化带教组(55名)采用人性化带教模式进行带教,分析两组实习生临床实习带教考核试卷评分和带教满意度的差异性。结果人性化带教组中医理论知识(15.07±3.14)分,中医操作技术(15.15±2.39)分,安全管理规章制度(17.08±2.53)分,文书报告书写(15.64±2.12)分,急救应急预案(15.83±2.56)分,案例分析题(16.09±2.46)分,均明显高于参照组(P<0.05);人性化带教组带教满意度(90.08±7.09)分,明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化带教在针灸科安全管理中的应用效果显著,能够明显提高临床实习带教效果,实习生的满意度高。
Objective To observe the application effect of humanized teaching in the safety management of acupuncture department. Methods From October 2017 to October 2018, 110 cases of interns received in the hospital’s acupuncture department were selected as the research objects, and the random number method was used to divide them into a reference group and a humanized teaching group. The reference group(55 cases) used the traditional teaching mode for teaching, the humanized teaching group(55 cases) used the humanized teaching mode for teaching, and analyzed the clinical internship teaching test scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of interns. Results Humanized teaching group of Chinese medicine theoretical knowledge(15.07±3.14)points, Chinese medicine operation technology(15.15±2.39)points, safety management rules and regulations(17.08±2.53)points, document report writing(15.64±2.12)points, first aid emergency score of the preplan(15.83±2.56)points and the case analysis question(16.09±2.46)points were significantly higher than the reference group(P<0.05);the teaching satisfaction of the humanized teaching group(90.08±7.09)points was significantly higher than reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of humanistic teaching in the safety management of acupuncture department is significant, and it can significantly improve the teaching effect of clinical practice. The interns’ satisfaction is high.
