近年来我国住院医师规范化培训工作在不断探索中改进、完善,已取得了较好的进展。该文旨在通过阐述国内近年来关于住院医师规范化培训研究现状,同时对该院现阶段住院医师培训状况及自查状况进行总结,从而为临床工作提供借鉴及经验。

In recent years, China’s standardized training of residents has improved and perfected in continuous exploration and has made good progress. The purpose of this article is to provide a reference and experience for clinical work by clarifying the current status of research on standardized training of residents in China in recent years, and summarizing the current training and self-examination status of residents in the hospital.
