摘要
目的探讨在对手术室护生管道安全管理中PBL与微课教学法联合使用的作用。方法选取2017年10月-2018年9月在该院实习护生27名作为观察组,主要采用PBL联合微课教学法。选取2016年10月-2017年9月27名作为对照组,手术室护生均未接受PBL联合微课教学法相关培训。同时两组各选取54例患者,两组患者留置管道均在2个以上。结果对两组护生的管道安全管理认知情况进行考核,合格人数观察组26名,对照组20名,及格率分别为96.30%、74.07%,观察组不良事件发生率5.56%,与对照组20.37%相比较,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总体满意度分别为98.15%、85.19%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将微课教学法与PBL联合使用,应用价值较高,适宜采纳。
Objective To explore the role of the combined use of PBL and micro-teaching methods in the safety management of operating room nurses’ pipelines. Methods 27 interus in the hospital from October 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the observation group. The PBL combined micro-teaching method was mainly used. From October 2016 to September 2017, 54 interus were selected as the control group. None of the nursing students in the operating room received PBL combined micro-lecture teaching method related training. At the same time, 54 patients in each group were selected there were more than two indwelling tubes in both groups. Results The cognition of pipeline safety management was evaluated in two groups of nursing students. There were 26 qualified patients in the observation group and 20 cases in the control group.Compared with 20.37%, the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The overall satisfaction was 98.15% and 85.19%, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of micro-teaching method and PBL has higher application value and is suitable for adoption.
