摘要
目的分析情境与案例教学法在社区护理中的效果。方法将该校2018届的80名护理专业学生为研究对象,按照学生的个人意愿划分成对照组(n=40)与实验组(n=40)。其中对照组学生进行传统教学,实验组学生则开展情境与案例教学法。对比这两组学生对于教学的满意度以及最后的教学效果(分析能力、动手能力、护理自信心)。结果数据显示实验组学生对于教学的满意度为95.0%明显高于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05);实验组学生无论是分析能力、动手能力还是护理自信心方面的成绩都要高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在开展社区护理的教学中使用情境与案例教学法所呈现的教学效果要明显优于传统教学。在后期开展社区护理教学时,情境与案例教学法值得更加积极广泛的应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of situation and case teaching methods in community nursing. Methods This experiment will take 80 nursing students of the school in 2018 as the research object, and divide all students into a control group(n=40) and an experimental group(n=40) according to their personal wishes. Among them, the students in the control group conducted traditional teaching, and the students in the experimental group conducted situational and case teaching methods. Compare the two groups of students’ satisfactions with teaching and the final teaching effect(analytic ability, practical ability, nursing self-confidence). Results It showed that the experimental group ’s student satisfaction with teaching was 95.0% significantly higher than the control group’s 70.0%(P<0.05);the experimental group ’s students ’performance in terms of analytical ability, hands-on ability, and nursing self-confidence are all significant. It is higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The teaching effect of using context and case teaching method in the teaching of community nursing is obviously better than traditional teaching. When the community nursing teaching is carried out in the later period,the situation and case teaching methods deserve more and more extensive application.
