摘要 目的探究在叙事医学理念下进行平行病历写作培训对培养学生共情能力的应用效果。方法该研究运用整群抽样法选择齐医学院2019年9-12月第二学度的临床实习学生50名,所有学生均接受叙事医学理念下的平行病历写作培训,比较学生在培训前后共情能力的变化。结果 50名学生平行病历培训前共情能力评分为(104.22±3.78)分,培训后共情能力评分为(116.76±4.11)分,其培训后的数据明显优于培训前,差异有统计学意义(t=15.880,P=0.000)。结论医学生在叙事医学理念下进行平行病历写作培训能够提高其共情能力,增强学生在临床实践中的同理心和责任心,对于促进医患关系和谐发展具有积极意义。 Objective To explore the effect of parallel medical record writing training on cultivating empathy of students under the concept of narrative medicine. Methods This study used cluster sampling to select 50 clinical internship students of Qiqihar Medical College from September to December 2019. All students received parallel medical record writing training under the concept of narrative medicine. Changes in empathy before and after training were compared. Results The empathy ability score of the 50 students before the training of parallel medical records was(104.22±3.78)points, and the empathy ability score after training was(116.76±4.11)points. The post-training data was significantly better than that before training.Statistical significance(t=15.880, P=0.000). Conclusion Medical students’ parallel medical record writing training under the concept of narrative medicine can improve their empathy ability, strengthen their empathy and responsibility in clinical practice, and have positive significance for promoting the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship.
