摘要
目的研究基于"翻转课堂"的带教模式在心内科实习教学中的效果。方法选取2017-2018年度某校进入心内科轮转的实习生142名,采用基于"翻转课堂"理念带教模式的学生52名为观察组,传统带教模式的学生90名为对照组,比较两组学生在出科考核成绩等方面的差异。结果观察组学生在疑难病例分析、诊疗、协作等临床能力方面的评价中明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组也在对教学方法的满意度方面高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但在基础知识、临床技能操作评分中两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于"翻转课堂"理念的临床带教模式显著有助于学生临床能力的培养,值得在心内科临床实习带教中推广。
Objective To study the effect of the teaching mode based on "flip classroom" in the practice teaching of cardiology. Methods A total of 142 interns who entered the cardiology rotation in a school from 2017 to 2018 were selected. 52 students using the teaching mode based on the concept of "flip classroom" were the observation group, and 90 students using the traditional teaching mode were the control group. Differences in group students’ performance in examinations.Results The observation group’s evaluation of clinical ability in difficult case analysis, diagnosis and treatment, collaboration, etc. was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group also had higher satisfaction with the teaching methods than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05), but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in basic knowledge and clinical skills operation scores(P>0.05). Conclusion The clinical teaching mode based on the concept of "flip classroom" is significantly helpful to the cultivation of students’ clinical ability, and it is worth promoting in the clinical practice teaching of cardiology.
